Wyndham Destinations say they are shaking up their timeshare product with new branding and Urban resort offerings.
Wyndham became an independent company last year and now the worlds largest vacation ownership company is launching enhanced club brand identities. The timeshare giant has launched modern brand identities for its flagship timeshare clubs, Club Wyndham and WorldMark by Wyndham.
Wyndham Destinations say they are leading the evolution of the timeshare industry by creating more destinations and more unique experiences for travellers by adding locations they want to travel to. Wyndham recently announced the grand opening of its newest resort in downtown Portland, Oregon and, in addition to this, has resorts located in the most popular urban locations including New Orleans, New York and San Francisco, they also plan to open a new location in Nashville later this year.
In an attempt to grow its next generation of members, the company say they are growing with their customers. The company plans to open resorts in unexpected locations, such as Texas, Austin, Moab and Utah. In addition to this, Wyndham is trying to change the image of Timeshare by relaunching two of its flagship vacation ownership brands.
Wyndham launched new initiatives across the company including new resort developments and renovations and digital experience enhancements, the company plan to spend another $1 Billion to implement and develop these customer experience-driven projects.
Michael Brown, CEO of Wyndham Destinations said: “One of these benefits of being a company focused on one industry is that we can invest significantly in resorts, technology, brands and a digital experience which will enhance our customer experience and propel our growth for years to come.”
People who enter into timeshare agreements often find it difficult to keep up with the mounting maintenance fees and simply cannot afford it any longer. They may also find that the Timeshare no longer suits their needs and simply want to end the contract. There are too many individuals who are willing to take advantage of Timeshare owners and offer fake products, along with Timeshare exit schemes. Before agreeing to any Timeshare termination or exit procedure with an individual or company, seek independent advice and fully research any company you are thinking of working with.
It is also important to remember that purchasing a Timeshare should NEVER be viewed as a financial investment. Timeshare is an investment in lifestyle, in future holidays and family time together. There is almost no resale value to a Timeshare.
The mis-selling of holiday products is, unfortunately, common practice within the holiday industry and these type of crimes often go unreported by the most vulnerable in our society and criminal convictions are few and far between.
If you have purchased a Lifestyle / Concierge Service, a timeshare or a ‘Holiday Points’ based product from a resort or company and feel unhappy with the service, or feel you have been mis-sold this product, please get in touch with us to discuss how we may be able to help you with a possible timeshare termination.
