Interval International Adds Two Resorts To Its Growing Network Of Timeshares

Interval International, one of the world’s largest timeshare exchange company has just added two new resorts to its books.  

Oak Ridge and Great Rock, based in Branson Missouri US, have both joined Interval International resorts and exchange network. Branson is an Ozark town in southwest Missouri, known as a family destination. It is famous for its Titanic museum and Table Rock Lake.

Wyndham Sells Its Vacation Rental Arm To Focus On Timeshares

Wyndham Destinations has announce it has sold its vacation rental business in a deal which nets the company $162 million.

Wyndham Destinations, which is based in Orlando Florida, has sold this part of the business to Vacasa who will now own its inventory of 9,000 condos, houses and villas. Vacasa is one of the largest vacation management companies in the US. With this purchase the vacation management platform will now have 23,000 homes available worldwide.

The 9,000 properties are based all over the United States, with properties in California, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Utah, Tennessee, The Carolinas, Nevada, Idaho and Georgia.… Read more

Bluegreen vacations has opened the doors to its 2nd timeshare resort in New Orleans.

Bluegreen Vacations already offers La Pension, a boutique hotel located in the centre of New Orleans. However, the latest resort is in stark contrast, The Marque brings both history and modern technology together to create a unique experience for timeshare owners.

The timeshare and vacation membership giant Interval International, has announced it will be adding two new resorts to its growing portfolio.

The company already has over 3000 resorts in more than 80 countries, which it operates through its exchange network. The two properties include Grand Guadalupe and Santosi both by Inmense hotel chain and located in Mexico. Is Apollo Planning to buy Hilton Grand Vacations?

Apollo, the company that owns Diamond Resorts, has told Hilton it wants to buy their timeshare arm and will pay a premium to do so.

Hilton Grand Vacations is said to be worth $2.4 Billion and Apollo Global Management has informed the timeshare giant they are planning a purchase offer.

The New York Post reports that Apollo has given Hilton Grand Vacations three options: It would offer to buy HGV at a premium to its share price, merge the company with Diamond Resorts or sell shares in HGV.

Orange Lake Country Club Changes Name

One of the biggest timeshare resorts in the US, Orange Lake County Club has announced it will be changing its name to Holiday Inn Club Vacations.

The timeshare giant says it is to change its name to Holiday Inn Club Vacations, so it can capitalise on growth in the timeshare industry. Diamond Resorts Expands Portfolio With Karma Group

Karma Group and Diamond Resorts have announced they are expanding their existing partnership to offer timeshare owners new and ‘exciting’ resorts and locations.

Karma Group plans to add a sales centre at Diamond’s Village Heights resort in Greece, to promote and sell vacation ownership points and timeshare units. Karma Group and Diamond both claim their membership levels are increasing and there is a growing need to offer members intercontinental travel between Europe and Asia.

Diamond seem to be adding new resorts and partnerships to expand their vacation offerings to members, Karma group is expanding their vacation offerings in Greece.

A couple from the US were supposed to be enjoying their dream honeymoon, but say it turned into a nightmare when they were tricked into attending a timeshare presentation.
