Happy Halloween from the team at Praetorian Legal!

It is important for us as a business to ensure that we celebrate traditions which the team here at Praetorian are enthusiastic about. Halloween has certainly increased in popularity within the UK; more and more people participate in fancy dress for Halloween each year.

Praetorian Legal are now Data Protection Regulated.

The Data Protection Act 1998 (the “Act”) requires every organisation that processes personal information to register with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), unless they are exempt. Failure to do so is a criminal offence.

We very much believe that a happy workforce will serve our clients best.  We run many social events throughout the year which involves the majority of our trusted and loyal employees.

Our Christmas celebration was one such event where we entertained all 31 of our employees and their partners at the Zulu Sunrise Christmas Party at the NEC Birmingham on the 23rd December.

A timeshare resort in Canada that went into liquidation is offering to make a deal with owners who deserted their timeshares if they agree to pay-up within 30 days.

Carriage Hills and Carriage Ridge appointed administrators by order of the court to help address financial concerns after they faced financial deficit from 2015-2018 and during this time one quarter of the 13,000 owners had defaulted on their timeshare payments.
