On Friday 22nd December 2017, the teams at Praetorian Legal and Mercantile Claims celebrated their annual works Christmas party.
We attended the Manhattan party at the NEC in Birmingham, where the evening started with a drinks reception, along with canapes. The evening’s entertainment begun with dancers on poles, meandering amongst us.
At 8pm, we were seated for a three-course dinner and it was then that the main entertainment began. There were amazing dance routines on the centre stage, along with aerial acrobatics and spinning fire rings.
With Christmas crackers on the table and fine wine flowing, we indulged in a delicious three course meal. This included a beautiful smoked salmon starter, or, tomato soup with four cheese tortellini, a stuffed roast chicken main course, with seasonable vegetables and festive jus, followed by a scrumptiously rich chocolate torte, with caramel popcorn, orange syrup & cardamom mascarpone.
Festivities continued with the dancefloor, cocktail bar and fairground rides, including the Waltzers. The atmosphere was one of festive fun and enjoyment.
After we had sampled all that the party had to offer, we decided to partake in the obligatory team photograph including fun props.
A fantastic night was had by all and we are already looking forward to next year’s celebrations! From all of us at Praetorian Legal and Mercantile Claims, Happy New Year to one and all.
