Employee of the Month – November 2017

Here at Praetorian Legal, we thrive on rewarding our employees for exceeding the company’s expectations for that month.

The winner for November 2017 is Katie Davoren, one of our Office Administrators. Head of Operations and Business Development Director, Harry Darby presented the trophy to Katie.

When asked how she felt after receiving the award Katie said “When I started working for Praetorian Legal at the start of the year I didn’t expect to be given as many opportunities as I have. The senior management team go above and beyond to always ensure the team are happy and are progressing as much as they can.

I am so proud to have won employee of the month and I can’t believe how amazing my prize is!

I have learnt so much over the past year and I am so grateful to everyone at Praetorian Legal. I look forward to my future with such a wonderful company and team.”

When about Katie’s performance for November and why she was awarded Employee of the Month, Harry stated “Katie truly deserves to be awarded with Employee of the Month for November 2017.

Throughout the month Katie was set some big challenges by management which she not only completed on time, but excelled in. Katie’s customer service skills are also exceptional. I am always hearing strong praise from our clients about the service she has provided to them.

We at Praetorian Legal, are an effective team which is due to the fact we reward our staff members on a monthly basis for excelling in their roles, in November Katie has done this and then some! Well done Katie!”
