SAND AND SEA RESORTS UNLAWFULLY RIPPING OFF UK CONSUMERS

We have recently been approached by a client who encountered Sand and Sea Resorts whilst he was holidaying in Tenerife. It would appear that he was accosted whilst in the resort by one of their representatives which we would hasten to add is a prohibited activity and a flagrant breach of the EU Directive 2008/122/EC.

Timeshare elimination rip off – beware!

TIMESHARE ELIMINATION – RIP OFF – BEWARE!!!

This afternoon (31 March 2015) we received a timeshare termination enquiry from a Mr C******y from who has an American timeshare. He enquired as to the termination of his timeshare and advised us that he had a letter from his resort advising him that if he wanted to terminate his timeshare he would simply have to sign the letter and return his deeds with a Notarised signature witnessed by a UK based Notary Public. He would be released from his timeshare with no ongoing liabilities whatsoever.

Twenty one days to the day we wrote to the Chief Executive of the Resort Development Organisation – Mr Paul Gardner Bougaard requesting details of the much talked about investigation the RDO are publicising to its members and to the public at large through its friendly organisations TATOC & Kwik Chex/ Timeshare Taskforce.
