Akeld Manor and Country Club (Management) Limited –BREAKING NEWS!!!!

So the reviled timeshare termination experts Praetorian Legal, who many in the crazy world of timeshare consider are a scam and have no idea what they are doing, have some important news to convey to all of our haters. The latest timeshare resort to capitulate is Akeld Manor and Country Club, who have tried to ignore our advances and the advice given to our clients that their timeshare agreement is not worth the paper it is written on.

Today we received this letter >>>> (the letter is redacted to protect our client’s personal details) from Akeld Manor – not gracious in defeat unfortunately, but defiantly still quoting their Club constitution. We can’t help but chuckle at their letter, which still conveys an unconvincing defiance of the situation. Nevertheless, it confirms in ink that Akeld Manor’s unenforceable agreement is at an end and the timeshare owner has no further liability to pay extortionate maintenance fees to them. What is interesting about this letter is that they quote that there is ‘no provision in the Club constitution for withholding maintenance fees’ and they ‘find it unacceptable’ and ‘any member found to not be paying their maintenance fees for 30 days after the due date for payment’ shall be committing a substantial breach.

So there we have it, Akeld Manor are of the same opinion as ourselves in that a breach of contract brings a contract to an end. Pity they have resisted our legal argument for so long but faced with a real threat which we are not willing to Reveal here, Akeld Manor did not fancy losing in Court and suffering a mass exodus of timeshare exits from their resort and having to pay out possible compensation in the bargain. They thought better of it and decided to lay down their fight in a whimper.

Very strange how they complain about the debt outstanding but are not willing to put their debt claim before the courts. If a commercial entity is owed money would it not pursue its debtors through the courts? Does Akeld Manor not have a duty to its remaining members to mitigate the committee’s losses for the benefit of the remaining members? Or will it just raise the maintenance fees to cover the loss?

If you are a remaining Akeld Manor member are you happy to increase your maintenance fees to cover all the costs of the fleeing members or perhaps you would prefer to join them? If you would like to be Akeld Manor maintenance fee free (bit of a tongue twister there) then don’t delay – contact us immediately to have your timeshare terminated.

ACT NOW CALL US ON 0121 369 1575 DON’T PAY ANYMORE MAINTENANCE FEES AT ALL AND REMEMBER PRAETORIAN LEGAL DO NOT TAKE A PENNY FROM YOU UPFRONT.

WE ARE PROUD TO SAY WE NEVER COLD CALL OR TAKE MONEY UPFRONT, EVER.
