Consumer groups in Australia has made a broad move and are accusing the timeshare industry of trapping people in long term timeshare contracts using predatory sales tactics.

Choice is a consumer group based in Australia and they are urging the Australian Securities and Investments Commission to act and prosecute timeshare operators who break the law. Timesharing in a pandemic!

As the Covid-19 Pandemic continues into 2021, there seems to be little hope that any of us may get to go abroad this year. Even with the successful rate of vaccinations we have been seeing the new government restrictions being voted on by MPs on Monday may mean holidaying abroad is banned altogether, or at least until the European rates are under control again. A judge in the U.S has ruled against one of the biggest timeshare giants despite their repeated attacks on the timeshare termination attorney.

A federal Judge in the U.S has ruled in favour of timeshare exit attorney Mitchell Reed Sussman. The resort had been accusing the firm of falsely advertising timeshare exit services, a tactic that most large resorts have been employing of late.
